Lily Rabe
American actress Lily Rabe. She is best known for her appearances in FX's horror show American Horror Story (2011-2021). She received nominations for the Tony Award as Best Actress in a Play for her role in The Merchant of Venice. Her film credits include What Just Happened (2008), All Good Things (2010), Pawn Sacrifice (2014), Miss Stevens (2016), Golden Exits (2017), Vice (2018), Fractured (2019) and The Tender Bar (2021). On television, Rabe also appeared in the show The Whispers (2015), The Undoing (2020), The Underground Railroad (2021) and The First Lady (2022). The first time she appeared on screen was 2001, alongside Jill Clayburgh, her mother. She also made her professional stage debut with her mother in the Gloucester Stage Company of Massachusetts. She was a star in speaking well of the dead performed by Israel Horovitz and The Crazy Girl (Frank Pugliese) both of which were one-act plays which allowed her to earn an Equity Card. [9] In the summer of 2003, she was back to the Gloucester Stage Company to appear in Proof by David Auburn. She was also featured in the film Mona Lisa Smile. After she graduated, she moved back home to New York. Deirdre O’Connor's White Jesus was her first-act play. It was part of a show called The Democracy Project, presented by the Naked Angels Theater Company.
